Alex's Comments: This Lemania with panda dial is a very attractive and somewhat rare chronograph in its own right, but turn it over and it reveals a very interesting history. The case back features the engraving BBC (for the British Broadcasting Company) along with its inventory number of 5206. The BBC gave watches to programmers, cameramen and producers to accurately time transmissions in the pre-digital age, and only a handful of these rather rare watches have surfaced in recent times. If you are looking for a BBC issued Lemania, this is about as good as it gets.
