Alex's Comments: The Rolex Datejust was first introduced in 1945 and has been one of the world's most iconic watch models ever since. In some ways the Datejust is the perfect vintage Rolex and is an incredibly versatile watch, well suited to both newer vintage watch buyers and seasoned collectors alike. This 1601 is a nice example featuring a crisp, yellow gold fluted bezel and champagne non-lume dial. It's twinned to a brown leather strap offering a very versatile aesthetic.
