This Salvador Dalí Softwatch by Exaequo is inspired by Dali's painting "The Disintegration of the Persistence of Memory", and features a surrealist case design with Cartier-esque exploded Roman numerals to the dial. The Softwatch was first launched in 1990 and were made for a relatively short period, with Exaequo eventually being closed down in 1998 owing to a lack of permission to use Salvador Dalí's name on the watches. Softwatches have become a cult collectable watch given their unique design and history, and also offering a Cartier Crash-inspired look for less than 1% of the price.

This particular watch is a lovely original example featuring an attractive white dial and large size yellow gold-plated case. It comes twinned to its original green leather strap and original gold-plated pin buckle.

This watch is in excellent condition overall and is working well.
